Redondo Beach, CA, a bustling coastal city located in the heart of Southern California, underwent a significant rebranding effort to modernize its image and better reflect the vibrancy and energy of the community. The project's goal was to create a cohesive visual identity that would effectively communicate the city's unique character and personality, while also appealing to a wide range of residents, businesses, and visitors.

Through a careful and thoughtful design process, I was able to craft a new brand that captured the essence of Redondo Beach and reflected its aspirations for the future. The key values, attributes, and differentiators that set Redondo Beach apart from other beach communities is that the city is modern, exciting, and splashy. The visual identity was designed to capture Redondo Beach’s energy, by using bold, vibrant colors, modern typography, and dynamic imagery.
